  • One hour format (50 minutes of presentation material is sufficient). The UST Ed team begins with an intro to your session and speakers (3-5 min). After that, we turn it over to you for your presentation (50-55 min). Then the UST team closes (3-5 min). Simple!

  • -Graphics to promote your event

    -Prep call with instructors to review format and best practices

    -A link to your webinar recording. Your webinar will also be posted to the UST Ed Media Library for On-Demand viewing

    -If requested, the webinar recording for repurposing into new content.

    -The full RSVP sheet that includes names, emails, titles and organization.

    -Marketing efforts by UST Ed team via email and social media for your event

  • The UST Events team will market your event to our entire list via email campaigns, website placement and social media.

  • You will receive a graphic to promote your event, a registration link, a prep call to review everything, and a link to your recorded session for your use (blogs, social media, website, etc.).

  • The average attendance for 2023 is 36.

  • Always FREE

  • Our sessions are highly interactive. We structure our webinars and use engagement tools to encourage attendee participation.

  • Yes! We absolutely encourage this. You will receive a link to your webinar once the event is live. Feel free to add this to your email marketing, or post on social media outlets.
